Banyule Award for Works on Paper

 

 

Very pleased that 'Central Market' [2020] has been selected as one of 33 finalists in the 2021 Banyule Award for Works on Paper from a field of 202 entries.

Selected artists include Rosalind Atkins, Lee Bethel, Victoria Bilogan, Maggie Brown, Karen Coull, Carolyn Craig, Chelle Destefano, Kathy Fahey, Christine Fontana, Claire Grant, Bridget Hillebrand, Winsome Jobling, Anna Kiparis, Damon Kowarsky, Kir Larwill, Lucy Maddox, Ally McKay, Claire Mooney, Alice Nampitjinpa Dixon, Harry Nankin, Eunice Napanangka Jack, Mitjili Napurrula, Phuong Ngo, Catherine O’Donnell, Glenda Orr, Chris Orr, Laura Osborne, Caroline Phillips (with Claire Field), Brian Robinson, Anne Starling, Liz Walker, Cleo Wilkinson, Carole Dawn Wilson, and Maria Anna Zeiss. 

This years theme is 'community'. This drawing shows the shared spaces that are so vital in making up what is important to us in cities.

The show opens on 17 September and continues until 28 November.
