Prints celebrating Mexico's Day of the Dead

The Day of the Dead [El Dia del los Muertos] is a uniquely Mexican celebration. Although it is now tied to the Christian festivals of Halloween, All Saints' Day, and All Souls' Day, its roots lie in pre-colonial festivals for the Aztec Goddess Mictecacihuatl, Queen of the Underworld.

Hybrid II at NCA Lahore


Hybrid II with Muhamad Atif Khan was recently confirmed for funding through the Australia Council's Creative Partnerships with Asia Program.

Hybrid II will be produced in the Cowasjee Print Studio of National College of Arts Lahore in October and November 2014.

Hybrid, the collaborative project with Muhammad Atif Khan that we made at NCA Lahore in October last year, was recently commended in the 2013 Australian Arts in Asia Award.
