Guanlan International Print Biennial

 

Delighted that 'Panorama, Ulcinj' has been selected as a finalist in this year's Guanlan International Print Biennial.⁠

It will be exhibited at the China Guanlan Printmaking Museum from 15 December to 22 January together with the works of 263 artists from around the world including fellow Australians David Frazer and Cleo Wilkinson and New Zealander Ruth Stanton. Congratulations to all the artists involved!⁠

House of Stories at Lighthouse Arts

 

Since its inception, Lighthouse Arts, located on the iconic landscape of the Nobbys-Whibayganba headland, has extended an invitation to over 450 artists of diverse backgrounds, ages, practices, and geographies.

House of Stories is Lighthouse Arts’ first exhibition celebrating the writers and artists who have undertaken a residency in this remarkable space.

Banyule Award for Works on Paper

 

The Banyule Award for Works on Paper is awarded biennially to an outstanding contemporary work on paper. This is a prestigious national art prize, with the winning artwork entered into the Banyule Art Collection.

The theme for the 2023 was Nhalinggu Bagung, meaning come gather in the Woiwurrung language.

2022 Al Balad Art Residency Exhibition

Workshops at Buda Historic House and Garden

  

In March and April I will be presenting a series of workshops and an artists talk, together with a solo exhibition of recent etchings inspired by travels in Europe and Australia at Buda Historic House and Garden. This program is part of the Castlemaine State Festival, and includes workshops at Equinox Printmaking and with Dianne Longley and Sharon Greenaway. Stay tuned for more details.
