'Dark Contrasts' at Town Hall Gallery

Town Hall Gallery warmly invites you to celebrate the launch of

Dark Contrasts
Saturday 8 July 2 to 4pm

Featuring artists: Paul Compton, Kate Derum, Mathew Greentree, Damon Kowarsky,  David Rosetzky,  Jacqui Stockdale, and Irene Wellm.

Dark Contrasts explores the principles of collage in new and exciting ways. From artists who collaboratively ‘collage’ their work to others who use collage as a form of image making for other works – Dark Contrasts shows a breadth of where collage can go.

Visitors will see textiles, photography and printmaking along with more traditional forms of cut and paste paper collage. An often overlooked creative practice, this exhibition will celebrate the ways artists are using collage now.

RSVP acceptances to townhallgallery@boroondara.vic.gov.au before 1 July.
