'Origins' at ArtChowk Karachi

In a discussion between Anwar Saeed, Afshar Malik, Laila Rahman and Atif Khan in the Cowasjee Printmaking Studio at the National College of Arts, Lahore, 2013, the idea for this exhibition of artists engaged in only pure printmaking techniques was born.

The varied interpretations in the works are a testament to the rich vein of imagery, forms, textures and subtle allusions that this word prompted in us.
