M16 Artspace Drawing Prize

 

'At the Bab Jadid' has been selected as a finalist in this year's M16 Artspace Drawing Prize.

'At the Bab Jadid' made during a residency at Al Balad Jeddah in 2022 as part of the Saudi Ministry of Culture's 'Advancing Cultural Entrepreneurship' program, and managed by Hafez Projects. 'At the Bab Jadid' was made using fabulous Polychromos pencils from Faber-Castell Australia.

House of Stories at Lighthouse Arts

 

Since its inception, Lighthouse Arts, located on the iconic landscape of the Nobbys-Whibayganba headland, has extended an invitation to over 450 artists of diverse backgrounds, ages, practices, and geographies.

House of Stories is Lighthouse Arts’ first exhibition celebrating the writers and artists who have undertaken a residency in this remarkable space.
